Firstly I thought I’d start by introducing myself, my name's Zena and I’m the Sales Support Administrator here at Ibell Cowlin. I run around making sure that all of the team here have everything they need from staples to security vetting their candidates ready to be placed!
I'm new to blogging, but am hoping to make it a nice read for you all.![]()
Ibell Cowlin Limited, are a down to earth recruitment agency, by that I mean we have a straight forward but effective strategy! We are a small tight knit family, there are 8 of us here at the moment and we are looking to expand rapidly, as we have recently moved into a new, larger office in Linford Wood and have empty desks!!
I think the small business attitude we have is a key to our success. The fact we are all very positive people and enjoy coming into the office every day stands us in great stead and is reflected in our work.
The company was founded by Mr Mark Cowlin & Mr Gavin Ibell in 2004, both Mark & Gavin worked in recruitment beforehand so they have a very in depth knowledge of the recruitment world.
Mark & Gavin let us have a laugh in the office, we all work hard but have a good time too, everyone in the office likes coming to work in the morning, which I personally think is brilliant it keeps us in the right mindset and stops the risk of anyone feeling lethargic! The office vibe is a key to success in my opinion and we certainly have a great vibe!! ![]()
As I said we like to have a laugh so keep an eye out for my next blog, I'll include what goes on in the office over the next week and maybe even some pictures (if I can work out how to) ..thank you for reading, remember we are on Linked in, Facebook and twitter!
